What are your earliest memories of your childhood?
Her earliest memories of her childhood are when she was 7 years old, she used to go to school and learn about nursing. In addition, she used to go to Arabic School, and help people to read and write Arabic. Her father used to take her to the ocean every morning, and take her to her grandparents. She used to have a lot of fun with her family and friends.
How did you decide to come to the United States?
She decided to come to the United States by first, admiring the people in America treated the refugees who suffered in the war in Somalia. Her house got broken into, and everything was stolen. She had even food, and water. She saw people were killing each other. There were no more food, water, education, families, nothing. She couldn't leave and see her kids suffering. So she had to do something to save her children. That's how she decided to come to the United States.
What were your first impressions of the United States?
What have you lost and what have your
gained from your immigration to the United States?
She had lost spending time with her family, and had lost her

the U.S.A. is that she had the opportunities to have a job, to spend time with
her family, to have a better home that is safe for her family, and other different
many things.
What was the happiest and saddest time of your life?
The happiest day of her life was the day she graduated from high school and went to college. Moreover, the day she got a job, the day she got married, and the days she had her children. The saddest time of her life was when her father died, and the time she started to lose everything she needed the most like her father to be a part of her kids, and others.
